The mission of The Outreach Task Force is to find and create opportunities for LaFayette Presbyterian church to serve its members, friends, and the local community. The church sponsors an annual mission giving event, inviting local agencies to work together in order to share their ministries. LaFayette Presbyterian supports these agencies with gifts from the Patton Memorial Fund. Additional sponsorships include concerts and speakers.

The Corrections Task Force addresses issues pertaining to the criminal justice system. This Task Force is currently assisting with providing housing and supplies to returning citizens, as well as offering a support group for families of jailed offenders, and researching strategies to implement restorative justice.
